Armory Arts Week welcomes visitors from around the world. The Show partners with New York City and Company to create and hand out more than 40,000 maps that have schedules of the events. These maps are available at certain venues and tourist kiosks. The Armory Arts Week is a celebration of the arts communities. They showcase a specific neighborhood arts scene every night combined with specific events. Don Carlos can be seen at the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center. Don Carlos is a five act grand opera, and at its full length, is comprised of four hours of music. It is considered Verdi’s longest opera. The storyline is about the life of the Prince of Asturias, Carlos and tells the conflicts that he deals with in his life.
